Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OrderlySEO services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

OrderlySEO provides white-label SEO services including but not limited to:

• Local SEO optimization and management
• Content creation and marketing
• Link building and outreach services
• Technical SEO audits and implementation
• Monthly SEO reports and analytics

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Subscription services are billed monthly in advance
• One-time services require payment before work begins
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• No refunds are provided for completed work unless specified in our Refund Policy

Service Delivery

Service delivery terms:

• Work begins within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Monthly subscription services include ongoing work and reporting
• Clients must provide necessary access and information for service delivery

Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and deliverables created under our white-label service become the property of the client upon full payment. OrderlySEO retains the right to use anonymized case studies and performance metrics for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

OrderlySEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

• 48-hour response time to client communications
• Monthly reporting on all subscription services
• Transparent communication about project progress
• Adherence to white-hat SEO practices only

Termination

Either party may terminate subscription services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
