General Refund Policy

At OrderlySEO, we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO services. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate value they provide, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

One-Time Services

For one-time services (Citations, Local Backlinks, Guest Posts, GBP Optimization, etc.):

  • Refunds may be considered if work has not yet commenced
  • Once work has begun, refunds are not available as resources have been allocated
  • Partial refunds may be considered for undelivered portions of incomplete work
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

Monthly Subscription Services

For monthly subscription plans ($399 GBP Management and $499 AIO/GEO Ranking):

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice to avoid next billing cycle
  • No refunds for current billing period once services have been activated
  • Prorated refunds may be considered in cases of service non-delivery
  • First month refunds considered only if no work has been performed within 7 days

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at ari@orderlyseo.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  5. PayPal refunds typically complete within 3-5 business days

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Services not delivered within promised timeframes
  • Quality issues with deliverables that cannot be rectified

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed work that meets specifications
  • Services where external factors affect results (algorithm changes, etc.)
  • Client changes of mind after work has commenced
  • Failure to provide necessary access or information for service delivery

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs.
